Moreen K. Mekha

Moreen Mekha is a commercial litigation attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial matters including contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud and product liability. Moreen’s practice also focuses on complex civil litigation, intellectual property, trade secrets, and real estate.

Moreen works to achieve her clients’ business and legal objectives efficiently and cost effectively. She handles cases in both state and federal courts and provides informed guidance on matters from pre-litigation to resolution.

With a scientific background, Moreen concentrated her law school career on Intellectual Property Law, serving as the treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association and an Associate Board Member for Moot Court. Prior to law school, she received her undergraduate degree with a focus on health sciences and was a data scientist for one of the largest California-based medical groups, where she focused on the reporting and analysis needed for the providers to make data driven decisions, which further influenced her interest in health care law.
