Kristina Y. Bailey

Kristina Y. Bailey is a paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Group, where she previously served until 1989. She has experience managing Probate Court filings from the initial application to probate the will through the final accounting. Kristina also has experience implementing schedules for distribution of assets, maintaining estate, trust and guardianship financial records, completing federal estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and assisting clients with transfer of assets to implement their estate planning objectives.

In addition to her work as a paralegal, Kristina has built a successful career as a licensed Realtor and as the co-owner of a real estate development company and a residential construction company. Her experience in real estate includes, negotiating sales transactions and preparing appropriate purchase agreements, identifying potential parcels of land suitable for residential development, organizing property showings, and collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and local government entities to design and build residential family homes.
