Hitomi Maeno’s hands-on experience in various roles within the construction industry allows her to understand complex client requirements. Hitomi collaborates closely with both Hahn Loeser and Parks Construction Consultants members to deliver comprehensive client consultations while offering effective approaches, tailored to meet specific project needs. With her knowledge and experience, clients can execute projects with enhanced efficiency and success.

Hitomi most recently served as a project manager for a large construction company. She has led numerous project specific preconstruction efforts by creating scopes of work, budgets, and schedules, while helping with various contract negotiations. Hitomi has also worked closely with owners, design team members and subcontractors to implement and manage project controls for tracking progress, finances, and engineering – all in efforts for successful project completions.

Prior to being elevated to project manager, Hitomi served as a project engineer and superintendent. Her efforts included, among other significant projects, a $530 million/710,000 square foot transformation for a major healthcare facility, and a $217 million / 650,000 square foot ground-up build of a downtown hotel.
