C. Daniel Miller

Daniel Miller is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Business Practice Area with a focus on tax law, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and the Corporate Transparency Act. Dan has experience in drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, close corporation agreements, estate planning documents, severance agreements, corporate resolutions and liability waivers.

After a decade in management and sales in Northeast Ohio, Dan earned both a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and a Master of Taxation from the University of Akron School of Business. While completing the two programs, Dan gained experience at both an accounting firm and two law firms, including time as a Summer Associate at Hahn Loeser.
