Benjamin Horvath is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and construction litigation. Benjamin has represented and advised individuals, small businesses, and companies on a diverse area of litigation matters.

Benjamin is currently a Captain in the US Army and has served since 2013 on both Active Duty and in the Reserves. During his military career, Benjamin commanded a military police company of over 150 soldiers and served second in command of a military police battalion of over 450 soldiers. Recently, Benjamin was selected to become a Judge Advocate in the Army Reserves. Benjamin also serves as a 9th Legal Operations Detachment Judge Advocate and provides part-time legal support to commanders and soldiers.
