Hahn Loeser M&A Partner Ben Cooke presented Mastering the Art of the Deal 1, during the Business Owners’ Summit, along with representatives from Edgepoint and AB Bernstein. The one-day summit in Key Tower brought together a handful of chief executive officers and presidents of local companies to discuss leadership challenges, business growth, shareholder value creation and other issues in a peer-to-peer exchange. Ben discussed how companies can streamline their M&A transactions to bring efficiencies to the process while also achieving company goals while other speakers covered leadership development, handling the process of “letting your baby go” when selling a company and other topics.
