Hahn Loeser Construction Partners Tom Nocar and Jeff Yeager presented “Ohio Mechanics’ Lien Law for General Contractors,” at the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio in Columbus (BX Education Room) on December 5. Tom and Jeff helped attendees understand their lien rights and responsibilities, including requirements under the law and timelines for the processes involved in preserving lien rights. The course also provided sample lien forms along with step-by-step instructions on the process of filing liens.
