Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is proud to continue its philanthropic efforts with a $10,000 commitment to the Mid-Ohio Food Collective for 2021-2022 with a $5,000 pledge in both 2021 and 2022. This commitment is part of Hahn Loeser’s firmwide effort to support local food banks in each community where it has offices.
“We recognize that many people in our communities are continuing to struggle,” said Hahn Loeser CEO and Managing Partner Stanley R. Gorom III. “In the spirit of our 100 Acts of Kindness initiative which we launched in 2020 during the firm’s 100th anniversary and as part of the Firm’s deep commitment to the communities we serve, the firm is partnering with food banks in each of our respective locations. We believe this partnership gives us an opportunity to provide direct help to some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.”
A member of Feeding America, the Mid-Ohio Food Collective is the largest hunger-relief organization in Ohio, serving 20 counties across central and eastern Ohio. With a vision for “hunger-free and healthier communities” and a mission “to end hunger one nourishing meal at a time while co-creating communities where everyone thrives,” the Mid-Ohio Food Collective provides 140,000 meals each day for hungry Ohioans.
In addition, Hahn Loeser is holding a firmwide week of support for its local foodbanks October 18-22. Employees have multiple ways to contribute to their local food banks throughout the week with various office events and opportunities to volunteer.
