Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is proud to announce the addition of Mary E. Dennison, who joined the Cleveland office as an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Area. Dennison works closely with business owners, individuals and organizations, guiding them through a variety of legal issues, including employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, Worker’s Compensation, business formation and business operating agreements.

Named a 2024 Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers, Dennison also brings experience in commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, warranty law, product liability and personal injury law. While completing her law degree, she served as a judicial extern to Justice R. Patrick DeWine of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Dennison earned her J.D. and graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School, where she earned CALI Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. She earned a B.A. from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2017.
Dennison is admitted to practice in Ohio, Pennsylvania, the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a member of the Ohio State, Pennsylvania and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
