Hahn Loeser attorney Kyle T. Mordew was recently accepted into Class VI of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
The Florida Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations given by adept subject matter professionals from across the U.S. The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program begins in October 2023 and concludes in May 2024.
A member of HLP’s Naples office since 2019, Mordew practices entirely in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. In December of 2022, Mordew was appointed as the Firm’s Florida/Ohio Liaison for its Trusts and Estates Practice Area, coordinating the flow of Florida/Ohio-related client matters.
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
