Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is proud to announce the addition of Joshuah C. Miller, who joined the Naples office as an associate in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Area. Miller focuses his practice on comprehensive estate and tax planning for individuals and their families.

Miller works closely with clients during the estate and trust administration process. He drafts complex trusts, wills, and other estate planning instruments and reviews and prepares federal gift and estate tax returns.
Prior to joining private practice, Miller served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the Southern District of Florida.
Miller earned both his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2021, where he served as a member of the Florida Law Review and earned a CALI Book Award in legal writing. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 2013.
