Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is proud to announce the addition of Jerome R. Crabtree, who joined the Chicago office as an associate in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Area. Crabtree brings a variety experience in estate planning and business succession planning.

Crabtree has helped guide clients through creating and updating revocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable trusts, supplemental needs trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts. He also has experience counseling clients on entity formation, corporate structure, and other corporate governance matters. He has represented several funds launching and doing business in a variety of states, drafted purchase and sell agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and other corporate documents for LLCs and corporations.
A member of the Illinois and Cook County Bar Associations, Crabtree was recently recognized as a 2024 Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers.
Crabtree earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a Research Assistant for its Trusts and Estates Department Chair. He also served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Crabtree earned a bachelor’s degree in business management/entrepreneurial management from the University of Iowa.
