Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that partner Jeffrey A. Yeager has been recently appointed to the Ohio State Bar Association’s Advisory Council on Diversity Initiatives. In connection with this appointment, Yeager is also participating in the Coalition to Advance Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in Ohio’s Legal System.
The primary charge for the Council is to implement the Ohio State Bar Association’s Policy on Diversity and Inclusion in the Profession and the Legal System, which seeks to promote the full and equal access to, and participation of individuals in the Association, the legal profession and in the justice system regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the OSBA’s Advisory Council on Diversity Initiatives,” said Yeager “The legal profession has an obligation to promote inclusion and diversity within the profession itself, and to ensure that the administration of the law promotes justice for all. I look forward to working with other members of the Council to pursue these goals.”

He has extensive experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating cases in the context of complex contract disputes, business torts, real estate transactions, business and asset sales, intellectual property, class actions, defamation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, secured transactions, and government bidding and procurement.
