With six years of experience at Hahn Loeser as an M&A attorney, Oliver has played key roles, for example, in the sale of an independent registered investment advisor (RIA) firm to a private equity-backed RIA firm; in the execution of the sale of an environmental services consulting business to a private equity firm; and in the sale of a manufacturer of high-value industrial equipment and conveyor systems to a private equity firm.
