HLP Client Country Pure Foods, Inc. Purchases The Ridgefield’s Brand Corporation

Hahn Loeser documented, negotiated and closed the purchase of substantially all of the assets and business of The Ridgefield’s Brand Corporation by Ohio Pure Foods, Inc., a subsidiary of HLP’s long-time client Country Pure Foods. Ridgefield’s, based in Maryland, made “smooth-frozen” drinks, primarily for the health care and school markets. Hahn Loeser was able to negotiate and close this transaction inside of a four-month period. It was the eighth acquisition that Hahn Loeser negotiated for Country Pure Foods.
