Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP’s nationally recognized Trusts and Estates Practice Group has named new leadership.
Partner Christina D’Eramo Evans, who previously served as Chair of the Cleveland office Trusts and Estates Practice Group, has joined Partner Stephen H. Gariepy as National Co-Chair of Hahn Loeser’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Partner Dana Marie DeCapite has taken on the role of Chair of the Cleveland office Trusts and Estates Practice Group, while Partner Richard C. Spain has been given the new role of Chair of the Chicago office Trusts and Estates Practice Group.

Continued leadership roles for Hahn Loeser’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group include Mark R. Klym and Danielle C. Humphries as Office Chairs of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group in Naples and San Diego respectively.

The group assists clients in developing comprehensive plans for the management of assets during life, the protection of assets in the event of disability, and the tax-efficient transfer of wealth at death. The team’s focus is on individual client needs, goals and values, while striving to minimize estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer and income taxes. Services include the preparation of foundational estate plan documents such as wills, living trusts, financial powers of attorney and advance directives, and the preparation and implementation of specialized irrevocable trusts and other sophisticated planning techniques.
