Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Philip V. Howard has joined the Fort Myers office as a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Estate Planning Practice Areas. Howard’s practice focuses on Trust and Estate Litigation, Guardianship Litigation, Fiduciary Litigation and Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates.

Howard has significant trial experience in inheritance and fiduciary disputes, contested wills and trusts, guardianship disputes, elder exploitation injunctions and elder exploitation lawsuits. He also represents professional guardians, family members, and others in their fiduciary capacity as guardian, trustee, or personal representative. Howard also handles administration of Guardianship, Probate, and Trusts as well as the drafting of estate planning documents.
Howard has served on the Board of Directors of several community groups, including Southwest Florida Christian Academy and the Southwest Florida Branch of the Florida State Guardianship Association. Howard earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern University in 2009 and a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2013.
