Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Moreen K. Mekha has joined the San Diego office as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Area. Mekha represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud and product liability.
“Moreen is a valuable addition to our Litigation team,” remarked San Diego Partner-in-Charge Michael J. Gleason. “Her knowledge and experience will enhance our depth and we’re excited to see her continued development as a key contributor to litigation matters.”
Mekha handles cases in both state and federal courts and provides informed guidance on matters from pre-litigation to resolution. She is admitted to practice in California and in U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California. Mekha is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Association of Business Trial Lawyers – San Diego.
A native of San Diego, Mekha earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of Moot Court and treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University with a focus on health sciences.
Prior to law school, Mekha was a data scientist for one of the largest California-based medical groups, where she focused on reporting and analysis needed for providers to make data driven decisions.
