Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP’s nationally growing Real Estate Practice Group has bolstered its leadership team with the addition of three regional chair positions among current partners. Firm CEO and Managing Partner Stanley R. Gorom III and National Real Estate Practice Group Chair Aaron S. Evenchik recently announced the following appointments:
Joel T. Cooper – Illinois Real Estate Co-Chair
Robert A. Cooper – Florida Real Estate Co-Chair
Tara J. Rose – Ohio Real Estate Co-Chair
Evenchik’s role as national chair began in 2022, following the continued expansion of Hahn Loeser’s Real Estate practice.

Joel Cooper represents full service real estate organizations, commercial owners and developers, local and national construction companies as well as individual owners, developers and property managers and counsels clients in connection with strategic initiatives and governance matters.
Robert Cooper represents clients in all areas of real estate law, including development and construction of residential, commercial, high-rise and mixed-use developments; acquisition and divestitures of real property and improvements; and structuring and documenting complex financing transactions.
Tara Rose assists clients with real estate transaction work, leasing, acquisition and disposition, construction contracts, easements, and real estate and construction litigation, including construction defects, tax appeals, eminent domain, land use and zoning, and breach of real estate related agreements.
