“Going through our first acquisition was a great education and experience,” remarked Phipps President Benjamin Brown. “The entire team at Hahn Loeser took time to understand our business and what we wanted to accomplish with this deal. John Paul Lucci truly became a part of our team and was there every step of the way, which made the entire transaction process very smooth. Being informed to make good decisions is critical. John Paul and the entire Hahn Loeser team made sure we knew what was taking place, and what the next steps were. They were a major reason this deal went so well between Phipps and MTR.”
