An Orlando court (Orange County’s Ninth Judicial Circuit) recently upheld an arbitration award in favor of Hahn Loeser client Curtis Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent. Jackson, a rapper, actor, and television producer, was represented by Partner Michael R. Whitt throughout a drawn-out legal dispute. Hahn Loeser’ Litigation team included attorneys James L. Holloway and Gabriel Arbois, paralegal Toni Kriberscheck and legal assistant Kara Zamzow.
The arbitration award, along with interest and costs was initially granted in 2023 in a conflict with a Florida business that specializes in designing and building customized vehicles.
