Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP recently welcomed James L. Holloway III to the firm’s Litigation Practice Area in its Fort Myers office.

Holloway most recently worked as a staff attorney for the School District of Lee County in Fort Myers, applying his legal experience in advising and counseling staff on business services, human resources and operations. Prior to his time at the School District, he spent seven years at the Lee County Attorney’s Office, focusing on complex litigation related to personal injury, worker’s compensation, eminent domain and code enforcement, and four years litigating criminal cases for the Public Defender 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers.
Holloway is admitted to the Florida State Bar, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007 and his B.A. in political science and government from the University of Florida in 2004.
