Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP announced today that Frank C. Krasovec, Jr. has joined the firm’s Cleveland office as Of Counsel in the Business Practice Area in the Trusts and Estates Group.
Krasovec has a practice focused on estate planning, estate administration and taxation. He is well-versed in the intricacies and specific benefits of the various methods of estate planning, including revocable living trusts, wills, lifetime gifting, joint ownership, beneficiary, designations and life estates.

Prior to Hahn Loeser, Krasovec was an attorney at The O’Brien Law Firm LLC. He also spent time at Maria E. Quinn Co., L.P.A. in 2009, and was previously a partner with the law firm of Budish, Solomon, Steiner & Peck, Ltd. It was after graduating from law school at Case Western Reserve University in 1983 that he joined Hahn Loeser & Parks. He became partner in 1992 and continued to practice through 2002 at the firm.
