Seewald, also a partner in the firm’s Naples office, is earning Super Lawyers honors for the 14th consecutive year. She is a member of Hahn Loeser’s Board of Directors and focuses her practice on intellectual property, general business, and mergers and acquisitions. Of the nearly 90,000 licensed attorneys in Florida, Seewald is one of only 140 Florida attorneys who are board certified in intellectual property law.
Tripp, a partner in the firm’s Fort Myers’ office, is earning his 15th straight year of Super Lawyers honors this year. With more than four decades of experience handling a wide range of complex civil lawsuits in both state and federal courts, Tripp has served as lead trial counsel in significant business disputes, probate, trust and other litigation matters.
Florida Super Lawyers® also recognizes Rising Stars, the state’s noteworthy up-and coming attorneys who are 40 years old or younger and have been practicing for 10 years or less.
Recognized again this year is Hyatt, an associate in the Fort Myers office, has been included in Florida Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list for the fourth consecutive year. Florida’s Rising Stars recognize the top 2.5% of up-and-coming attorneys who are 40 years old or younger and have been practicing for 10 years or less. Hyatt focuses his practice on complex commercial, construction, real estate and community association litigation.
