Hahn Loeser Partner Dennis R. Rose and the Firm were recently presented with the Allan C. Krulak Golden Shoe Awards for outstanding support, during the Shoes and Clothes for Kids (SC4K) Party on South Waterloo. The annual celebration’s presentations included State Representative Bride Rose Sweeney honoring Rose and the Firm with official Ohio House commendations.
“As a longtime board member and current Vice Chair, Dennis truly lives out his passion for helping the Cleveland community,” says Monica Lloyd, Executive Director of SC4K. “In addition to everything he does for SC4K, his advice and leadership were instrumental in facilitating our recent move to the Community Resource Center. We are so grateful Dennis is an advocate, supporter, volunteer, and friend of SC4K!”
Joining Rose on stage to accept the Firm’s awards were Hahn Loeser Partners Rocco I. Debitetto and Arthur E. Gibbs III.
“Thank you for being the change, for being a leader in our community, and making sure kids get what they need to get an education,” said Representative Sweeney.
Shoes and Clothes for Kids’ mission is to improve school attendance by providing new shoes, clothes, and school supplies to students in need. The evening included food, music, live entertainment and hands on SC4K-themed activities.
Rose recently celebrated his 35th anniversary at Hahn Loeser, serving as the Firm’s General Counsel for 18 years. His community service includes being a member of the Shoes and Clothes for Kids executive committee since 1994 and a Brecksville Board of Zoning Appeals member since 2001.
