Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) recently announced that Hahn Loeser Partner and International Practice Group Co-Chair Christopher S.W. Blake has been elected to its Worldwide Board and will serve as Chair of the North America region. A member of AGA’s North American Advisory Committee since 2016 and Deputy Chair of the region for the previous three years, Blake begins a three-year term in his new role.
Blake assumes leadership of a regional grouping of law and accounting firms that has grown significantly over the last five years. The alliance now has more than 30 law and accounting firms across the United States and Canada and plans to expand its coverage to meet the increasingly diverse and complex needs of domestic and international clients doing business in the region.
Blake will represent the views of the region’s members at the Board level and help steer an alliance strategy focused on fostering regional and international collaboration and knowledge sharing between an alliance of midsize firms that expanded from 145 member firms in 57 countries to 225 member firms in 98 countries in just six years. He will be supported in the North America region by newly elected Deputy Chair Valérie Menard, a partner at HNA, AGA’s accounting representative in Montreal and Québec City, Canada.

Also serving as co-chair of Hahn Loeser’s Corporate Transactions Group, Blake was recently recognized as AGA’s 2024 Alliance Champion Global Winner during its 2024 Annual Excellence Awards ceremony, at its Worldwide Conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
