Chambers HNW also gave national recognition to Stephen J. Knerly for Art and Culture Property Law, while M. Patricia Culler, Christina D. Evans and Stephen H. Evans was ranked by Chambers HNW for the fifth straight year. She serves as Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office Chair of the Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer & Preservation and Business Succession Group. Evans is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. For the second time in as many years, Knerly was recognized for Chambers HNW’s national Art and Culture Property Law rankings. He serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Non-Profit Institutions section and focuses on matters involving art transactions and nonprofit corporate law. Knerly has represented museums, foundations, trusts and collectors in the acquisition, disposition, lending and borrowing of and estate planning for works of art.
