Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher S.W. Blake and John Paul Lucci have been named co-chairs of the firm’s Corporate Transactions Group effective immediately. Both Mr. Blake and Mr. Lucci are partners in the firm’s Business Practice Area. In addition to his new position, Mr. Blake currently serves as co-chair of Hahn Loeser’s International Practice Group.
