Gariepy as National Co-Chairs of the Firm’s Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer & Preservation Practice. The addition of Gibbs will aid in supporting the considerable national growth in Hahn Loeser’s Trusts and Estates Practice.

Gibbs is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and focuses on providing creative estate, tax and business planning advise to business owners and other wealthy individuals, as well as representing individuals, financial institutions, and non-profits in estate disputes. Over the past 15 years, Gibbs has earned peer recognition from Ohio Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers of America, including Cleveland Lawyer of the Year for Trusts and Estates in 2022.

The team’s focus is on individual client needs, goals and values, while striving to minimize estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer and income taxes. Services include the preparation of foundational estate plan documents such as wills, living trusts, financial powers of attorney and advance directives, and the preparation and implementation of specialized irrevocable trusts and other sophisticated planning techniques.
