Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to welcome back Arthur E. Gibbs III and Erica K. Williams, who rejoined the firm’s Cleveland office as partners in the firm’s Estate Planning Group.

Gibbs is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and focuses on providing creative estate, tax and business planning advice to business owners and other wealthy individuals, as well as representing individuals, financial institutions, and non-profits in estate disputes. Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Florida, Gibbs has earned Ohio Super Lawyers® honors in 11 consecutive years. He has also been named to The Best Lawyers in America®, Trusts & Estates, and Litigation – Trusts & Estates 12 times, including Lawyer of the Year in Cleveland accolades in 2022 for Litigation -Trusts & Estates. Gibbs earned his J.D. from Case Western University School of Law in 1996 and his B.A. from Fordham University in 1991.

Williams assists clients with estate planning, wealth transfer and preservation. She is an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and is experienced in all aspects of estate planning, including income tax, estate tax, gift tax, generation-skipping transfer tax, charitable, family and business succession planning, drafting of wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney and associated documents, and representing estates and trusts in probate administration. Williams was named an Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers® four times from 2005-09. She earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1996 and her B.A. from Fordham University in 1992.
