Hahn Loeser Partner Tom Nocar co-presented “Alternative Dispute Resolution,” during the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio’s Law and Finance Group Meeting on February 7, 2025. Tom discussed litigation alternatives in construction disputes, explaining the differences between litigation, arbitration and mediation. The program took a deeper dive into Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods and Dispute Resolution Boards (DRBs) in an effort to avoid construction delays, escalating costs and reputational damage.
