Summary

Hahn Loeser’s Manufacturing and Automation team partners with companies to develop long-term strategies for growth and managing risk while resolving day-to-day issues. We advise companies in the automotive, aviation, chemicals, consumer goods, distribution, food production, industrial machinery, construction equipment, integration, automation and robotics, pharmaceuticals, and raw materials sectors.

As a full-service law firm, we work with manufacturers and integrators on the many aspects of running their business, including risk management and mitigation, contracting, subcontracting, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, financing trade practices, supply and distribution chain management, antitrust, labor and employment, intellectual property, tax, environmental, real estate, and dispute avoidance and resolution, including litigation or arbitration when necessary.

Our litigators represent manufacturers and integrators in breach-of-contract, breach-of-warranty disputes, and business tort claims on a nationwide basis.  We also defend manufacturers in product liability, toxic tort and other complex litigation claims. Our Labor & Employment team regularly represents manufacturing and automation clients in union avoidance training, collective bargaining representation, representation before various administrative bodies and day-to-day employment counseling regarding various state and federal laws – including OSHA, ADA, FMLA and FLSA.
